How much will it cost..?

The table below shows our current rates.

There is no minimum occupancy requirement.

Weekly prices are based on 4 persons.
Extra persons £10.00 per person per week (Excluding under 2's)
Please advise at the time of Booking.

Any changeover day is allowed.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

If your stay is for more than 7 nights, we charge ONLY for the days you are in residence.

Letting periods which straddle two price months will be pro-rota.

10% discount for 2 weeks or more (This discount does not apply to 5th/6th person supplements). Plus we offer an attractive discount for long winter lets, please enquire for our best price.

We also welcome short breaks (not peak season).

Keys, directions and information on the apartment.

Directions and information on the apartment will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid and cleared into our UK bank account. Keys will be posted by registered mail approx 2 weeks before your holiday to an address in the UK & Ireland only (Overseas clients, pls see Meet and Greet below) unless you specifically request the meet and greet service, please see below.

Meet and Greet Service ** Optional **

Clients wishing to use our meet and greet service will be charged 20.00 Euros. After 7pm this will increase to 30.00 Euros, this is to cover charges for late call out. This is payable locally to our representative in Spain on arrival at the apartment.
