Our light and airy apartment is in a block of only 8 apartments and is 3 floors up from ground level (no lift), It has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to four people, with additional room available with use of the Sofa Bed.

Ideally suited to couples and families, the apartment is situated in the heart of the resort, commanding excellent views over the Mediterranean Sea and Benalmadena Marina. It has a communal garden and is situated 5 minutes walk from Bonanza Square and 2 minutes walk from Flamingo Square. The closest supermarket is a three minute walk up the hill from the apartment.

Due to the apartments central situation in Benalmadena, you may find that a car is not necessary unless of course you plan to travel around the Costa del Sol.

4-piece family Bathroom, There is a bath, with shower attachment over. Built-in Vanity Unit.

Bed linen & towels (not beach towels) are provided. Electricity & Water are included in the rental price. The apartment also has a safe.

For stays over 2 weeks towels and bed linen will be changed if required. A charge of 30 euros (depending on size of party) will be payable locally, please advise at the time of booking.

A Baby cot is available for £10.00 pw if requested.

Additional conveniences include iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

The apartment block has a small communal car park. If space is available, guests may make use of this car park for one vehicle only.
